Process

Our process can be summarized in the following steps:
Purchase
Quality plastic purchase, selection and input test
Mechanical gridding
Obtaining a suitable size to make the process easier
Primary washing
We do a primary washing to eliminate the most superficial dirt from the material
Secondary washing
This second washing let us eliminate the remaining dirt in the material
Extrusion
In our extrusion process we subdue the material to a double filtering (90-110 mess/inch) as well as a double degasification
Regrind
The obtaining of the final product
Quality control
Our quality department analyzes each set of our production to certificate the compliance of every quality require
Water treatment and recirculation into the process
Machaon has an exhaustive treatment for the water employed in its production line with the most advanced systems. Obtaining, in this way, clean water which makes possible its recirculation in the process. Our objective, as a company concerned with the environment, is the reduction in water consumption working exclusively in the water recirculation.
